I was born in Hong Kong and I moved to Malaysia with my family in 2002, then I started practicing yoga right after I gave birth to my second daughter in 2005. This was a wise decision although I would have preferred it if I had started even earlier in life.
Ashtanga was the first yoga style that I learned, followed by Hatha, Iyengar, Dru, Yin, Power Yoga and eventually I fell in love with Vinyasa Yoga! I love the different flowing sequences in Vinyasa which targets to strengthen different parts of my body and to tone up my muscles.
After all these years of practice, I participated in the 200 hours of professional Teachers Training Course in Malaysia before I moved to Scotland. I am looking forward to sharing my experience and knowledge in yoga with others and to improve their postures, fitness & general well-being. Tracy Chan
